Yes, we have a minimum limit of 6 riders to run the trolley. If there are not enough riders, then management will contact you to reschedule or refund your money. 

We have a staff person that will drive and steer the trolley. You, however, will be supplying the power by pedaling. If you don’t wish to pedal, you are welcome to sit in the seats at the back of the trolley. 

While we hope you enjoy each of our pub stops with all the cocktails, beers, and wines they offer; we do not allow alcohol on the trolley. Only non-alcohol beverages are allowed on the trolley. 

Yes. Food needs to be either pre-packaged or brought in a disposable container. 

We do not allow any form of indecent exposure or vulgar, socially inappropriate music (please have edited music on your playlist). No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed on the trolley.

Please drink responsibly. We do not allow you on the trolley if you are intoxicated.  No vomiting on or around the trolley. No public urination on or around the trolley. A $250 fee will be charged to your card for any vomiting or urination on or around the trolley.  No littering.

The Jumpoff Pedal Trolley has a zero-tolerance policy regarding intoxicated riders! You will not be allowed to get on the trolley if you arrive at your tour intoxicated. Our drivers reserve the right to end your tour if you are too intoxicated to pedal!

Any damage to the trolley caused by riders during your tour are subject to a repair fee. Please be careful getting on and off the trolley.

Yes. We provide a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect your phone to. We encourage singing! We also have a microphone you can use. 

Yes. Other riders will be on the trolley at the same time. It’s a great way to make new friends.

Yes. We offer group rates and would love to help you plan a fun outing for our colleagues, out-of-town guests, or friends. Our trolley is great for celebrating special events like birthdays and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

If you cancel your tour, we offer a refund for the full amount of the tour 14 days prior to the tour date. 

If you cancel less than 14 days before your tour date, you will be offered a rain check/tour credit to be used during the current season. 

*Please note if no dates are available for the current season, you will have the option to pick a date for the next season. 

We drive in the rain, and cancellations only due to severe weather (i.e., lightning). Weather cancellations will be determined by management. If your party wants to cancel due to rain, refer to the cancellation policy. 

You will have the option to tip your diver after your tour via the booking option online or in cash immediately after your tour. 

If you arrive 15 minutes late to your scheduled time, we will cancel your tour and charge your credit card. We do not provide refunds for late riders. (For example, your start time is 5 p.m. and you arrive at 5:16 p.m.)
